Build it right the first time
Retrofitting systems into a running factory costs several times more than designing them in. A new unit is the one chance to get flow, hygiene zoning and capacity correct.
Phases
Phase 1 — Design. Plant layout, process flow, zoning, utility planning, capacity sizing against your business plan.
Phase 2 — Equipment. Specification and selection guidance, vendor evaluation, installation and commissioning oversight.
Phase 3 — People. Manpower structure, recruitment support, role definition, initial training.
Phase 4 — Systems. SOPs, quality plan, hygiene schedules, production formats — all in place before day one.
Phase 5 — Run. On-site through trial batches and initial commercial production until output and quality are stable.
